Administrative Requirements

  • Copy of applicant's KTP and KK
  • Copy of the latest Land and Building Tax Notification Letter (SPPT PBB)
  • Copy of physical land tenure statement (SHM, SHGB, AJB, etc.)
  • Copy of Building Construction Permit (IMB)
  • Copy of statement letter of completion of construction
  • A statement of ability to comply with the requirements of functional feasibility
  • Copy of NPWP (optional)

Technical Requirements

  • Building technical plan drawings
  • Results of testing the feasibility of building functions from a team of experts
  • Technical recommendtaion from the Fire Department
  • Technical recommendation from the Health Office
  • Certificate of operation (SLO) for certain buildings (e.g. elevator, generator set, etc.)
